Alan Fang
Founder
Alan Fang has a proven track record of leading young companies and startup enterprises across many industries to bringing new ideas and innovations to life, it is Alan’s specialty to create both online and offline immersive experiences that engage directly with the modern-day consumer. In 2003, he launched Novo Concepts, one of China's biggest multi-brand fashion retailers with brands including Miss Sixty, Replay and Evisu, which boasts of annual sales of USD 100 million today. He is also responsible for bringing Lesportsac, a leading handbag and accessories company, to China in 2008 and helping the brand cultivate a network of more than 600 stores.
Fang’s other venture, NOVOMANIA, was one of the largest independent fashion and accessories trade fair in China between 2010 – 2014, drawing in tens of thousands leading participants from the sector, fostered a ‘from high fashion to street fashion‘ trend.
Fang comes from one of Hong Kong’s premier fashion families, who owns Pringle of Scotland and founded the Toppy Group.
Markus Capone

With profound knowledge and experience in effectively introducing western brands to Asia area, Markus Capone is well-versed in branding, marketing and promotion, and sales.
As CEO for the high end street fashion Sixty Brand in German and Far East in the 2000s, he had significant achievement in establishing the brand in Germany and expanding it to various countries in Europe. Carrying on his good work, he introduced the brand to the Asian market, growing it to be an icon for denim ready-to-wear. He continues to launching different western brands to Asia, riding on his know how and insight of various markets and cultures, attaining success.

A sports enthusiast with track record in National and European-wide competitions including Cross Country and Downhill Mountain biking, Road Cycling, Skiing, Snowboarding, Telemarking, Running.
Training as a professional orthopaedic shoe technician: Manufacturing of Strolz ski boots and insoles, sale, repair and custom adaptation of street shoes, custom ski boots, series ski boots (e.g. Long, Salomon...) and racing ski boots.
Production of insoles, e.g. SIDAS, Gotex (milled insoles), PEDCAD(milled insoles) and handmade insoles. Sales of bandages, sales orthoses, customised orthoses, sports accessories.
